Because our nipple covers are an intimate, skin-contact product, we follow strict hygiene standards.

Items Eligible for Return

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened or tried-on nipple covers.

We can process a return only if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • A return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is returned in resellable condition

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, opened, or worn nipple covers

  • Products with damaged or missing packaging

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will replace the item at no cost after verification.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. After fulfillment has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Timelines
